PPR Water Gas Oil Supply Pipe Tube Extrusion Production Line
Introduction:
This plastic PPR pipe extrusion machinery adopts high efficiency single screw extruder, equipped with the PLC controlling system. It can ensure the whole line automatic controlling of high capacity, stable extruding with the suitable changing of different units could realize the production job of PP-R, PE-RT, PB pipe.
This line consists of main loader,hopper dryer,extruder,mould,vacuum calibration tank,haul-off machine,cutter machine,stacker.And there are pipe crushers,belling machine,high speed mixer,weighing system,etc. for you to choose.
which has reasonable design, unique structure, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance, constant production capacity, warmly welcomed by customers.
Extrusion line details:
PPR powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
Single screw extruder machine
The extruder are crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability.
Mould
The mould design is different from the normal ppr pipe. It has adapter for the co-extrusion for the two single extruders. With long cooling calibrator, the produced product has much better performance.
Vacuum calibration & cooling tank
The vacuum calibration tank adopt two chamber structure: the vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both of vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank adopt stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes. We lengthen the vacuum and cooling tank to 8m. With much longer cooling process, the CPVC pipe can be well cooled and have better surface.
Haul-off Unit
We adopt three caterpillar on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe running stably and steady. The haul-off units can make tailored hauling model based on certain production requirement by adjusting the general control.
Cutting Unit
The high accuracy encoder ensures a precise and stable cutting length. With PLC control system, it can be cut by manual operation according to the specific application. Due to the high corrosive feature of the CPVC material, all the surfaces of the cutting unit adopts stainless steel 304. It ensures the working lifetime of the cutting machine.
Features
1,The main machine adopts screws specially used for polyolefin. Equipped with auto vacuum charger and auto constant temperature dryer hopper, it possesses features of high production, good plasticization and stable extruding.
2,Die heads of helical type and basket type are perfect for polyolefin, and can help to produce sound melting pressure, and improve the plasticization capacity. Meanwhile, stable material-flow and pressure grade can be guaranteed.
3, Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of surface. Reasonable high-speed sprinkling cooling water tank guarantees the pipe quality and high speed stable extruding.
4,Caterpiller of the hauling machine adopts anti abrassion alloy material, which realizes stable traction, wide frequency adjustment range and long lifespan.
